Hey, guys. In today’s article, I’m finally talking about it, I’m talking about the online tool that I have been using for the last year, and that has made my life so much easier. So what is the tool? I’ve probably put this in the title. So you already know the answer, this tool has been great, is what I have been using to host my online courses, as well as so much more. So I’m really excited to introduce you to this tool and share everything that you can do with it. So in this article, I’m going to talk about what you can do with Kartra and I’m going to share with you how I’ve been using it. I’ve also created a free road map walking you through how to get started with this software. So I’ll leave a link for that in the description below. If after you read this article you’re like, yes, I want to use Kartra, then make sure to grab that. OK, so what can you do with Kartra? You can host online courses and memberships. You can create sales funnels, you can run your entire email marketing campaign. So not only your newsletters but also setting up automated sequences as well. You can sell your products. You can add up sales and down sales.
You can create landing pages, sales pages. You can have an affiliate program for your own products and you can create time-saving automation. So, yeah, it’s been pretty fantastic. So this is already amazing. The fact that we can have this functionality built into just one platform is amazing. So before this, in order to achieve the same functionality, I was having to use teachable, convert, deadline funnel, and Samkart. So now, rather than those four, I’m only using Kartra. So that simplifies things a lot. And that means that I don’t need to worry about software being connected properly and the different software is talking to each other, which can often cause problems. So personally, I’ve really loved this. I still think that those software and companies are great and maybe there are some instances where those will be a better fit for you. But yeah, I have really, really enjoyed having everything in one spot is really simplified. My tech life, not just this, but it’s also saved me so much time and money as well. So there are so many hacks and tricks in there to save you a lot of time for setting up funnels and campaigns. And then on top of this, it saves me money.
So before I would have had to pay for teachable, convert kit, Deadline Funnel, and Samkart and then worry as well about all the different software talking to each other and syncing up. And then Kartra is just ninety-nine dollars per month, which is savings of two hundred and fifteen dollars per month, plus way fewer tech headaches. Oh, and having all of your data in one place as well. So when I log in to Kartra, I can see the leads, I can see exactly what email funnels they signed up for, what products they’ve purchased, what pages they visited. They really give you a lot of information about each lead. So not only am I saving money, but I’ve simplified my whole online marketing and sales life as well. OK, next, you might be wondering, is this a replacement for your website? No, I do not think that it is. You technically can create your website in Kartra, but I wouldn’t recommend it as I recommend that you have a separate website and blog with better SEO functionality. I personally love Squarespace, but you could use WordPress as well. OK, so let’s dive in and I will show you what I’m using this software for.
So the first thing I use Kartra for is to host my online courses app and website that WoW’s. I love the user experience and the way that it looks. I like that we have a progress bar at the bottom that users can search through the lessons. They can also favorite their favorite lessons and they can easily click on the site map. And get the full outline of your course from the creation perspective, it’s nice and easy and you have all these different options for the types of content that you can add, and it’s all drag and drop. So a lot of other platforms are a lot less flexible when it comes to their membership area. You know, and you just get something like the video and download options. Well, with this, you have so many more options. For example, at the bottom of all of my lessons, I can add this little action step block and give people their specific actions to complete for that lesson. And then if I want to add another block, I can simply grab it and drag it into position. And you have lots of different options for how to display your online course or membership. This works for membership’s as well. So, for example, I could choose to display up to level with a like this completely different design and looks really nice and modern.
The next thing I’m using Kartra for is my landing pages so that I can build my email list, my sales pages. And what’s fantastic about Kartra is built-in is the functionality of deadline timers so you can do special promotions. So on my sales page for my website I have this great FAQ accordion section. I’m also using Kartra for any of my waiting lists and my thank you page as well. So all marketing pages are now being done within Kartra. So Kartra not only handles my sales pages, but it also handles all of my checkouts as well. It integrates super easily with Stripe and PayPal. And then as you will see today when you visit Kartra, someone just clicks a button on my sales page, it pops up at checkout form in Kartra. All they need to do is click, continue, enter their name, email, country, and state. And then, as you will see, they can pay via credit card or PayPal. So you actually have a ton of options for how your checkout is displayed. You can do Pop-Up checkout forms. You can also embed them or you can just send people directly to a checkout page. That is one of the major reasons that I love Kartra, is because it is so flexible and customizable.
The next thing I’m using Kartra for is for all of my email marketing. So my email sequences and sales funnels. Then I’m also using it to build up my email list and send out regular broadcast-style emails. One of the things I love most about Kartra as a whole is the countdown functionality. So not only can I add countdown timers to my pages, but I can also add them to my emails as well. So this means that the countdown timers are consistent across all of your emails and pages and you don’t need to worry about connecting different software. Then if we scroll down, I really like that I can add in images and buttons and make them nice and pretty. The next thing I’m using Kartra for is to run my entire affiliate program. So I have affiliate programs for all of my products. So that means if you come and take one of my courses, you can then become an affiliate and earn 30 percent of all sales. This affiliate program is super flexible. You can have specific landing pages for specific affiliates. You can have different rates for different affiliates. There’s really so, so much you can do with this program. It’s going to track everything for you and you can even enable automatic payments as well.
On top of this, you’re able to get a ton of analytics about your business and you can really get very specific here and get detailed information into how each individual page form product is performing. So I’ve barely scratched the surface. In terms of what you can do with Kartra, you can also host your videos, book appointments, and have your own help desk for your products. So before I wrap up, I just want to talk about how this links with your website. So, for example, on my website on Squarespace. And as you will see, you will have free maps. So what you can do is when someone clicks a button or a link, you can simply link out to one of your landing pages on Kartra. You can also actually embed forms directly. So, for example, in the footer, as you will see, you can have a button. You can click on that. And this is going to pop up a Kartra form. So I do that in a few places and then also in my blog. I just have an embedded form like this, so it is all Kartra, so I’m building my list and sending my leads over to Kartra.
All right, guys, so that’s Kartra. That is what I’m using it for. It’s not perfect, but no software is. I haven’t come across perfect software yet, but I love it. And it is going to save you so much time and money and really help you grow your online business. I love all of the functionality that is built-in and I also prefer the user experience to other platforms. And there are a few more advanced tricks that I’ll be sharing in upcoming articles that really make the software a winner for me. I have decided because I love the software and because it’s made such a huge difference in my business that I am going to be creating a course on it. So I really love doing video series.
